Return & Refund Policy

At Anant Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our priority. We deal in quality household products and daily-use gadgets. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is as follows:
1. 7-Day Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices.
Returns will not be accepted for products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
2. Return Process
Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return request.
Once the return request is approved, return instructions will be provided.
After receiving and inspecting the product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Refund Policy
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 3 working days after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer's registered bank account or UPI ID.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund after verification.
